RETURN & REFUND POLICY

By placing an order through Lumecraft.shop, you agree to the terms below. We’ve established these policies to ensure you’re fully informed about our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to customers in the United States.


A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL

No stress—our packages don’t include a return label. Simply reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.


C. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Please include the following details in your return request:

  • Order number and full name
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., a screenshot of your order information)
  • Reason for the return
  • To ensure a smooth process, please attach a photo or video of the defective or damaged shoes as evidence for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and verify your return (typically within 72 hours of receipt), we’ll send you an email confirming the return is complete. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days. Note that, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


D. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS, OR ISSUES

Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at [email protected] if your shoes are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the situation and make it right. To return a product, reach out via email with the necessary details.


E. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for damaged items, incorrect products, wrong sizes, or defective shoes. If you need an exchange, don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected].


F. RETURN SHIPPING COST

  • Defective Products: Customers do not pay return shipping costs for defective shoes.
  • Non-Defective Products: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
  • Wrong Product Ordered: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the customer orders the wrong item. In this case, the customer will also cover the actual cost of return shipping.
  • How to Return: Customers ship returns via mail.
  • No Restocking Fees: We don’t charge restocking fees on returns.
  • Evidence Required: For all returns or exchanges, please include a video or photo of the product as received, clearly labeled, to confirm it was ordered from Lumecraft.shop and to highlight the issue.

G. REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, it will be processed within 7 days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.


H. CANCELLATIONS

If you’d like to cancel your order, it must be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations after this window may be treated as a “Change of Mind” return.

Before ordering, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate—down to the street and house number—to ensure timely delivery. If an incorrect address leads to an unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for any resulting loss. Thank you for your understanding!
