  • After 12 hours, requests to cancel or change an order cannot be accepted, as the order will already be locked for processing and handed over to the carrier.

3. Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Orders

  • Once we receive your request, we’ll respond with approval or denial within 1 business day.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving your email and will reflect the value of the canceled order or the adjusted value of the modified order.
